  Sony PMW 700 XDCAM – workflow and proxies creation

  Hi!

  We’ve been always transcoding to Apple Pro Res but it takes so much time and drive resources that we are willing to change to archiving in its native format -card structure-.

  How I can find info about how to set the PROXIES creation while recording witht the camera? I have tried the manual and changing its format but no proxies detected. I read it is automatically created??

  I do not have much info about this workflow sorry..
