Sony nx5u .. too many scenes
Hi all ..
I bought a new Sony nx5u for wedding & events use ..
but I’m facing strange issue .. when i’m shooting it’s record a new scene every 10 min ..
i don’t want that .. I want to make all the shooting time just one scene ..
help me please

It is not clear what you mean by new scene.
However, this is how the camera records. It breaks the file into 2 gigabyte files sizes, which corresponds to about 10 minutes.
When you use the software that came with the camera to import the file from your memory card to your computer, it will automatically reconnect those files into the long file that you actually recorded.

John, isn’t that the case only when recording in SD?
Maybe I just don’t realize it because I don’t typically look at the individual files the camera records. I just log and capture (FCP7) immediately and don’t have any issues.
