There is an antireflective coating on the face of the screen. It is known to wear out and looks exactly like you show. There is no way to fix it.
You can have it replaced, or just ignore it.
I assume when the screen is on you can see the image.

July 19, 2017 at 6:42 amYou are correct John. Once the coating on the screen starts to wear out the only fix is screen replacement. Just a heads up, we have seen some cheap generic screens out there however I would not recommend them. Picture quality is not very good. If you are going to have the LCD screen replaced stick with the OEM screen.
