  Sony Mead SD02 vs Sony VAIO SxS adaptors

  Can anyone explain the difference (other than price) between the Sony Mead SD02 SxS adaptor and the Sony VAIO SxS adaptor.It appears to me they both handle sdxc cards and fit the same cameras.
