  Sony Grade Monitor Calibration

  Hi

  I use a SONY LCD LMD-2051w Monitor to do colour work with HD material. How/what is the best way to calibrate the monitor in regards to contrast and brightness? is it best to use colour bars?

  If any one has a any tips that would be great.
