    Hi All,

I using Sony FS 100 to record a whole day video, when i to backup the file to computer, it said “You need to format the disk in drive before you can used it”.

I haven’t format it, i try to use

    https://7datarecovery.com/?ref=app

to rescue the sdhc card. After the recovery the files came out as .MP3 and .SWF format. the .MP3 can be use (formatted video) but .SWF cannot use (new recorded video).

I try to rename the .swf to MP4 and MP3, the files can play back but the video looks damage (sound is good).

do you have any solution for me ? please help.

    Thanks
