Sony camcorder HDR-XR200V and sony vegas
Hi,
I am new to this forum. I recently bought a HD Sony camcorder and used it on my vacation. I now want to output to blu-ray. I was wondering if instead of using the editing program that comes with the camcorder (Picture Motion Browser PMB) can one use sony vegas 8.0? The program that comes with the camcorder allows simple editing, but I want to add titles of where we were. Can this be done? Would I just drag the stream folder to my computer and import to vegas? Thanks for any help or suggestions! -

Yes, you should be able to edit to Bluray in Vegas, and with much better editing options.
