  Sony AVCHD camcorder now not being seen in FCE

  I’ve a Sony camcorder, very new, 1920×1080, and for some reason the media isn’t showing up in FCE. Now, I’ve done this previously, no problem at all, I can bring the clips in (.mts clips) and FCE converts into .mov files. For some reason tonight, I can’t get FCE to ‘see’ the files for the ‘Log and Transfer’. That window shows no files, though the browser window shows the camcorder shows up fine, files and all. Just not seen in FCE. Now, it’s not the FCE vs FCP thing, because I was doing this just last week! Hmmm, maybe I’m losing it.
