So I purchased this software the other day and read through some manuals for the basics – and today when I was editing a video I noticed something weird:

I came up with further ideas to change my project so I added some new clips in between the “old” clips in the timeline. But for some reason, some of the old clips has disappeared in the timeline but STILL show up in the playback. And regardless of if I play another clip during that time where the clip was – the clip still plays on top of the new imported clip. Anyone else having this issue? I can’t remove or move the clips cause they are gone in the timeline. They are stuck at a specific time and I can’t undo it, move them or anything because they are not shown.

    Thanks.

I think most likely you scroll the video track to the top track, so it was “hidden”.
Are you sure you’re able to view the whole track ?
Use tilde key (~) to maximize.

Oh god I feel like a fool now xD Yeah I had a tiny little space to scroll up in the timeline and the clip was on the very top.

    Thanks 😛
