Some video FX won’t render!
I am using Sony Vegas Pro 12, and I am trying to render a 17-minute video. Four clips in this video use multiple video FX, including “Glint” and “Add Noise.” When I render the video and watch the MP4 file, I can see all of the effects except for “Glint” and “Add Noise.” They seem to just disappear. Then when I watch the video again on the Vegas timeline, they don’t show up there either, even though they looked fine before I rendered it. I have searched the Internet for two days trying to find a solution and have come up with nothing. Please help!

Sounds like a bug. Try updating the the latest version of Vegas Pro 12.0 which is currently Build 670.

just wanted to add that I am also having this problem, nothing I can find anywhere gives me any sort of information
the glint effect is present when using anything except “Full” from any of the quality drop down menus and disappears in the render, but all of my other effects are there. Also using Sony Vegas Pro 12.
