So after messing around with Autoduck unsuccessfully for several hours, I found a workaround to get an Avid sequence into FCP7. The sequence in Avid was all from one AMA linked Prores file that kept crashing Avid (even after transcoding it to DNxHD) and what I did was follow the Davinci Resolve roundtrip workflow by exporting an AAF from Avid that linked to the Prores file, then instead of kicking out another AAF in the Delivery tab, I tried exporting a .xml from the Edit tab of Resolve Lite 11 and importing that into FCP7. The XML was then put into the folder where the original Prores file is at and it imported without any problems.

Worked like a charm and just thought people should know that this is possible.
