So…how do I add artifacts?
I have some footage I’d like to make look like the above video but I can’t really figure out how to do it. Any ideas?

lol, first im hearing a request for wanting these kinda
artifacts. By default, Vegas doesnt have a specific filter
to achieve this, you would have to look at some plugins option.
