    Does anyone know a good software that I can use to track Jobs, book shoots (scheduler), print contracts…. for the wedding video business? I just need to get more organized.

    I’m curious, why?

    For me having freelance camera operators with access to their booked dates, along with address info for the gigs via Google Calendar strikes a solid plus for web based. Additionally, I give the clients limited access to upload their own information if they want, and monitor the projects progress. For many, they feel empowered and more involved in the project giving them higher perceived value. That’s weddings on up to corporate.
