    Some here might remember, I had promised Feedback on trying to get our post from 7 to X;

    I almost feel sorry to say; it works!
    The advantages outnumber the missing stuff that used to be good.

    Still missing tracks somewhat, media manager, Brute-Force-Relinking and advanced Keyframing, but we get along. Roundtrippinmg to ProTools works ok with X2Pro and furthermore, you just get used to the “new” way, the interface wants you to work a Timeline. Just got used to use “Override Connections” a lot and switched the “P” and “A” -Tool-shortcuts and found my ways along quite good. Skimming, Rendering and Import/Export makes the deal.

    Of course things would probably look different, if we wouldn’t work 1 project=1 editor at one time.

    All in all I think, FCPX is on a good track.

    [Mark Snow] “All in all I think, FCPX is on a good track.”

    No pun intended, right?
