    Hi,
for a job i need to do a sphere in wireframe.
I founded a lot of tutorials who explain how to do a Wireframe render, Cel render, atam aray, …
i think my solution will be to use the atom aray because i don’t want to have an flat wireframe. I need some volume in the edge.

BUT, i also need to have a smooth sphere with not to much edge.

For exemple i need to do a sphere of a radius of 100 but with only 15 segments. When i set this settings my sphere is not smooth anymore. Of course because to have a smooth sphere or object i need a lot of segment

So how can i have a smooth sphere with few segments (in the wireframe render) ?

    Thanks a lot

    B

Create a Sphere and select all the Edges / Structure / Edit Spline / Edge to Spline…
Select all the Points of the new Sphere.Spline / Structure / Edit Spline / Soft Interpolation…
(that should smooth out the sharp edges)
    Create a Circle-Spline (Radius about 1 m or 2 m) drag both –
    the Circle-Spline and the Sphere.Spline – into a Sweep NURBS…
(maybe delete the original Sphere if you like)

    Cheers
    Nolan
