smooth out an expression
I want to take a variable in an expression that changes every frame and ease it over time so I don’t get flicker, like smooth over 5 frames worth. I think it will look something like this perhaps?
phi = ease(time,start,end,startPhi,endPhi);
framestotime(phi) -

How does the variable change? Maybe you could just use averaging, but you somehow have to recreate the values from past and future frames. Hard to say what the best approach is without knowing more about what you’re doing.

average every 5 frames. yes, definately sounds like framestotime or something, but I need to think harder about how you average groups.
