    Hi;

    I hate to ask this question but here goes. For months I have been trying to come up with an easy way to make objects I introduce into a scene be more lifelike. Like when a box falls onto the ground it doesn’t just come to a dead stop there is a slight bounce instead.
    It is a formula for that small bounce that I am looking for.
    I have used a few variations on Dan Ebberts decaying ball bounce from his website but nothing seems right.

    I know that the exact expression would be different for every sitaution but is there some kind of guideline I can use as a starting point at the end of a piece of motion?

    Thanks for any possible help;

    Dan
