  sluggish application

  I was having a good time working with Pro today (just got it from Digital Juice). The longer I worked the slower the previews were getting. Then my preview monitor would go white and I’d have to turn off the program.

  Is there a way to clear my RAM? Or is there something else I need to do? I changed the setting from Invigorator Render to High Quality Open GL, is that the right thing to do?

  Any help would be great.

  I’m using an
  Alienware laptop
  2.33 core 2
  2 Gigs RAM
  2 NVIDIA GeForce 7950 GTX 1 gig ram total
  200 Gigs HD
