    Hi,
So I’m just wondering if it’s normal for the render time to be that long for my project.
I have ONLY one layer 3D object with Live 3D plugin that has only rotation and position animation.
Project lenght is just 9 seconds! – standard 1920X1080 HD size.
I CAPS locked the comp refresh window so it doesn’t calculate the frames in it while rendering.
I’m renderin with best settings full size, no audio, RGB+alpha Animation compression, standart 30 fps.
I left an overnight render and in 12 hours the comp render was at the 2.12 sec (73 frames) with an estimatete left of 32 hours!
This seems ridiculous to me so let me know if this is normal, specially since when I do a ram preview of the comp (with quarter quality preview and Draft 3D on) it takes probably about a minute or less to make the full 9 sec preview. I don’t understand how a minute in preview mode turns into 40+ hours in full quality rendering.
So let me know any thoughts..
    I’m on a i7 2.3ghz quad core with 8 gb ram mac AE 5.5.
    Thanks.

Never had luck with PSD 3d layers- always slow and hard to work with. Zaxwerks Invigorator Pro on the other hand is much faster.
