  Slow Refresh – RED

  Running 17.2.2 build 4 on MP 2013 D700 with US4K.
  I noticed of late it would take a few minutes for RED files to refresh.

  Not a big deal but annoying at times.

  Never had this issue in the past, just noticed with this version.

  Not ready to update.
