  Slow Motion Timecode generator?

  I’m trying to make a fake timecode that runs in slow mo. I know I could precomp an counting expression and time stretch it. But I’m having trouble with a certain universal counter expression in CS6.

  I’d appreciate some pointers in coming up with a timecode generator that could be controlled by a multiplier (like 10x slower than normal). And if the last two digits were could be like a stopwatch (1/100ths, instead of base24 or base30)
