slow memory
working with matrox rt x2 & Adobe premiere pro 2 i can not easily open my project it says low memory usage but i have 4 gig ram &quad processor any help?

Premiere does not recognize 4 gig of ram, just 2 gig. Are you on vista and/or 64 bits? Both not supported by Pro 2.0.
