Slow export
Hi,
Im on a PC z820 and QT export (same as source – MXF) is much slower than Im used to from my old Mac.

I dont know how to interpret it myself, but I appreciate your help!Im running Q4000 for Avid, but I have also installed a GTX 690 card.

I’m guessing here from looking at your timeline – I couldn’t tell if the filler/top track was rendered.
If it’s not, Avid has to render it as it exports your file. If you rendered it first, your export should be faster. Also, same as source is mostly beneficial in export speed when all the video matches the render type…
The fastest export would be to do a QuickTime ref, and use Squeeze to compress into multiple formats.
