  Slick BG graphic with black plexiglass look

  I saw a commercial (Ford trucks?) that used a graphic background that was resembled a piece of black plexiglas with various random scratches and small debris bits. Over all, look is techie-grunge. Does anyone know how to build that or where to buy that sort of graphic? (1920×1080) Thanks.
