    Hello!

A newcommer has a question – why premiere CS4 misses some frames and next time double-ghosts them? I’ve done perfectly smooth animation in Photoshop but after every 4th or 5th frame it skips one and next time makes some blurry double frame? Is it about frame rate of the project or has it something to do with my video card? I’ve tried to export a movie in every possible media type but the problem is still there. It plays perfectly when I run the movie with any media player but CS4 messes it up every time 🙁

I’ve read almost every post here about this problem but I still cannot figure it out what may be the cause.
Please, if anyone can help, I would be really greatful.

    Cheers!

What frame rate are you exporting with, what are your project settings.

Sounds like an interlacing problem to me.
