Sketch acting up

The preset Pencil (Rough Sketch) has a number of animated bits, in Render Settings/Effects/Sketch and Toon/Main set Control Level to Advanced and you will see more settings. You can try turning off ‘Draw’ in the Animate tab that appears in your Sketch Style Tags. That helps but does not stop the animation. Other presets are not animated like that but if you want that same look you’ll have to dig deeper to find where the movement is coming from.
