sizing the blurring

August 22, 2011 at 5:59 pmVideo FX means whatever video effect you’ve applied to the event.
In your case, you size it using the Cookie Cutter FX as I demonstrated in this post.

You need to add the Cookie Cutter after the Blur. The Cookie Cutter will control the Blur (but only if you add it to the FX chain)

Press the Plug-in Chain… button (then add Cookie Cutter):
