simulating this effect (camera flashes)
Hello,
I have a project I need to do and I want to know if anybody know how to simulate this effect of wide flashes like on this YouTube video.

The video part on the bottom the, where there are wide flashes and goes everwhere. (Not the spotlight)

I would say use video co pilots plugin Optical Flares. Its sup handy. Its a great plug in. https://www.videocopilot.net/
