does anyone have any tips on simulating a computer monitor screen, like a close up on a mouse cursor going to click on save or typing, like word processing with a close up on the letters coming out?

i tried the microsoft encoder and the results weren’t what i was looking for, since this is for inserts into a film, the quality wasn’t sharp enough.

Create all the elements separately, probably from scratch, do a screengrab of the cursor and cut it out, and make the animation in AE. Otherwise you just won’t get the resolution you need.
