You just need to put a texture in the displacement channel of your texture and if you have it enable sub poly displacement. You will need to have a pretty dense mesh to get the level of detail as your example.

Where can I get a good mesh? It just needs to look like land.

Right now in AE I have a small texture, applied motion tile to animate the spin, warp effect to make the globe perspective, and cc glass effect to simulate the bump map. I can’t seem to get the bump map to change with animated motion tile, so it’s a static bump map.

I dont really follow what your doing.
A good mesh is just upping the “segements” of your sphere.
