Simple Question, Simple Solution. I just can’t think of it
Hi All,
It’s been a bit since I used AE, and I find myself having to use it tonight. I seem to recall when placing text on a composition, yellow little alignment guide bars would come up automatically to help you align text or any other object in the frame. I just re installed cs5 and those little yellow guides aren’t coming up! Any idea how to turn them on?
Also, I have “show rulers” on, as well as “guides” checked. No luck.

i think you meant: they showed up in PS and AI?
i can not recall automaic guides in AE…
(am i missing something?)if you want giudes: make the ruler visible, click on it and drag a ruler out. to get rid of the ruler, drag them back in the ruler.
