simple avid error message
everytime i try to play a clip in avid xpress ver5 it comes up with an error message that says
unable to stop spring buffer’s fillthread
the audio from the clip plays but the video does not

I have captured a video but it wont play back? plays a few seconds of audio and a couple frames of video then gives this message “Exception:DecompCodexThread:WaitForDecodeThread timeout”
I have 4 gigs of Ram a Gforce 7300 GS video card and using WindowsXP performance
any one have any suggestions? -
