Simple Animations of jpegs and photoshop files stuttering after render
Hi,
I am doing simple plans on 2228 x521 jpegs and psd files and am having odd stuttering motion on slow or fast pans from left to right. I can’t figure out what’s going on. I have tried switching from auto Bezier to linear motion. I’ve tried easing in and easing out. For some reason, the renders all have an annoying choppiness to them. Does anyone have any ideas what could be causing this?

We recognize the same behavior using jpg, png snd psd. Playing the timeline in Premiere CC 2015 is just fine. Playing the render from Premiere (1920×1080, H.264 VBR-1 15.17 MBit, AAC 320) on different machines is stuttering.

Unfortunately, I’m also having this issue with After Effects. I have no idea what’s going on.
