March 2, 2019 at 7:47 pmThanks. hmm.. so basically it’s only helpful when rendering with low bit rates used producing significant blocking artifacts. If I render at higher bit rates (8000kbps for example) it’s not necessary I guess?
I wonder if the source file is sort of blocky can the filter help the final render. I guess I’ll test it out.
