    Should I Composite or Re-render?

    I am creating a 5 minute animation using 3DsMax and adding assets to and compositing the clips in After Effects. What can I expect from time remapping in AFX? Or, should I create an absolute tempo perfect animation in 3DsMax? I am far from an expert at this but I want the end resutl to be truly spectaclar.
