Should dongle software AVID media composer
Hello
Does anyone know where to download the file to your computer dongle software AVID media composer 5,And I wonder Does it matter which version I have or that the dongle is suitable for all versions ?

The dongle needs to be ‘blessed’ for the version(s) you are using it with (although a higher version dongle will be compatible with lower versions of the software as well).
If you launch the separate application ‘Dongle Manager’, then you will be able to tell the version currently supported by your dongle. If your dongle is eligible for an upgrade, you can use Dongle Manager and the .avd file from the Download Center to upgrade your dongle. If your system is not eligible for a free upgrade, you’ll need to purchase an upgrade first, then use the .avd file to update your dongle.

But if I come to update my version and the software writes to me “unable to open dongle update file” What can I do to authorization will update me?
