  • Shopping for a lawyer – What questions to ask?

    Hi guys

I have been chasing a client for over 3 months now to pay their account, however they will not pay. Having never had this happen before, i find myself looking through the business directory phone book for lawyers with debt recovery experience.

Unlike shopping for a car or computer,i have no idea what questions to ask them to make a decision.

Can anyone suggest anthing to ask to aid me in my descision?

    Thanks

    Chris

Pop over to NOLO.com, I think that’s the right URL, for some initial free legal advice and direction.

We have used a collection agency. These guys are good and don’t mind taking small accounts (even one or two a year)

    http://www.icsystem.com I’d call 1-800-279-3511.

Who knows, it might work for you…

My video company is located in St. Paul, MN not far from them.
