I am wondering if any body has any experience attempting to shoot for slo-mo with the JVC HD-110u. Frame rates, settings, tips and hints stories welcome. With this camera you can not over crank and I could slow it down in post using FCP….But I am wondering if there are ways of setting myself up for success? Thanks people!

I think the best you can do is shoot 720p60, then conform in Cinema Tools to 24p. Anything slower than that and you’ll need to send your footage to Motion and utilize Optical Flow.
