  Shift key isn’t working like it used to

  Hey there,

  I’ve been using Premiere for several years and whenever I wanted to move a clip without snapping, rather than turn snapping off completely, I could just hold the shift key. That doesn’t seem to work anymore and I can’t figure out how to turn it back on. I still do it instinctively so it’s really annoying when it doesn’t work. Anyone know how to fix it?

  Hope this isn’t common knowledge, but search terms like “shift key” are little too general for me to find this on my own. Couldn’t find anything in the keyboard shortcuts either.
