shatter effect question
hello,
i was wondering, can the shatter effect be used to reveal footage underneath? I am trying, but it’s not working out right. -

Not sure about your question, you might need to dup the layer and add a mask or matte..
I use Particle in AE and it works find, have the shatter on the top layer, and the video will be revealed in the background
