  sharpening sony ex-1 w/35 mm adaptor

  Is it possible to sharpen soft focus on the right tenth of the frame for footage shot on a sony ex-1 w/35 mm adaptor? what would be the best way to address this? in FCP? Aftereffects? Flame? help!
