  shadow artifacts in after effects

  I am using an after effects readymade template, but it is showing me some horrible shadow artifacts. The final output is not of high quality. Can anybody help me with settings required to clear this shadow problem and render out a high-quality video. I have attached the image showing the problem. Please help
