    Hello,

So this fun error message pops up in Avid usually after start up when I try to play my first few clips of choice. I moved MXF files into the proper Avid MediaFiles folder structure without Avid being on. Then I turned Avid on, usually it does it’s scanning, and then it glitches when I try to play sequences.

I am using only Avid MXFs, from a G-raid 2 TB drive. Media Composer 7.0.4 on the new Mac trashcan. I am using a Black Magic Intensity Extreme to separate audio and video from the mac to speakers and a TV, and have the specific driver for that installed.

Is this a bug that is fixable or is it random? Any other fixes except for restarting Avid or the mac itself?

    Thanks.
