  Setup for external grading monitor + separate scope

  Hi, I’d like to connect an external “budget reference monitor” (probably Eizo SX 240) plus separate scope to my Mac Pro 2010 – for Premiere Pro CC and Resolve 10.

  Would this setup work?
  Mac Pro with BM Intensity Pro -> HDMI out -> HDMI splitter -> …
  HDMI splitter Out 1 -> Monitor
  HDMI splitter Out 2 -> BM Ultra Studio Mini Recorder -> Mac Book Pro with Thunderbolt, running ScopeBox 3.

  Some other threads suggested two separate Intensity Pro cards for a similar setup, but there’s only one free slot left in my Mac Pro.
