  Setup bars on FCPs color bars problem

  Hi everyone,

  I’ve done a search on here and the greater Internet and just can’t find any leads. Basically, I’m currently using Final Cut 7 along with a BlackMagic intensity, running HDMI out to a JVC HD production monitor.

  Everything was fine until today, my 3.5 IRE strip on the FCP color bars dissapeared. That is to say, it’s now exactly the same as the 7.5 strip. I just upgraded my intensity drivers, and after re-profiling FCP no longer output a distinction between 3.5 and 7.5. Is there a cause to this beyond something just being bad with the new drivers?

  Also, outputting bars from FCP6 and FCP7 yields different bars, which is really bothersome.

  Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
