  Settings for Motion project to FCP7

  I brought a motion project into FCP7 IMX30 sequence and the motion graphics flicker or look pixelated once exported out of FCP and viewed on an NTSC monitor. Tried changing the field dominence to none in FCP and it seemed to work well for the graphics but caused issues with the video in the project. Also changed it to upper and that looked awful. What else should I try to fix the flicker issue?
