    Youtube supports up to 1280×720.

    We find that exporting to flash (flv) works best for quality, others swear by H.264.

    The bit rate depends on how long the video is since you are limited to 2 Gigs, and of course your internet connection…

    You could start at 4 or 5 MB/s.

    Here’s one that I put up recently, if you click HD, you’ll see what to expect from 5 MB/s.
