    Hey,

I have my domain registered at network solutions and my hosting somewhere else. How do I setup my website? I told network solutions what nameservers to use. Now in the area I have from my host I made a folder for the website and a folder titled “web” in there with a index.html file inside the “web” folder. It’s not showing up in a browser so I must be missing something.
    Any ideas?

    Thanks

Be sure to have your index page in the root folder, not a sub folder.

The folder “web” becomes a subdirectory and would only show if you used the URI https://yourdomain.com/web. You need to move you web files to the root directory on your hosting. Usually in a public_html directory.

Well the way the server is setup there are many folders. Each folder is it’s own website and each website’s folder has a “web” folder in it with an index.html. I’m not sure how it was setup but all the websites work except the new ones I try to add. I am used to using a host like bluehost, not a whole server with 10+ websites.
