Thought I have read something here about setting up two monitors for vegas on this site but search turned up nothing. Could someone help me? I picked up a second monitor, and I have a dual output card in my computer but can’t seem to get it to work. Thanks.

Figured out the monitor…sort of. I have the second one showing the desktop, then I can drag the preview monitor over to the second screen ok….how do you extend the timeline so it goes out into the second screen? Thanks.

Seems like you already have the desktop extended over the two monitors. Just resize the interface by dragging from the bottom right corner.

Doing something wrong. I can drag the monitor or the media pool or transitions to the second screen, but I can’t seem to make the time line cross over so it extends to both the first and second monitors. Is this not possible? When I try to grab in the lower right hand corner of the time line (the area where the zoom tools are) it doesn’t do anything except increase the timeline on the first monitor.
