Set up level is @ 15 IRE; Should be set @ 7.5 IRE
Does anybody know how to fix this? I took the color seminar but do not recall if this was covered. HELP Thanks!

That would ordinarily indicate your composite video input was unterminated when you captured, unlikely

where are you seeing that your setup is 15 IRE ? it would help to know where you are seeing this. many capture cards have an input and output setting to add setup… and so do some digital decks. adding setup from capture and on input could do it. generally speaking you want to set your card to NOT use setup. this is basically unity gain, another words, what comes in is what goes out. that means 0 IRE comes in at 0, and 7.5 comes in at 7.5….. ditto for output.
